•Warm Suggestion: Although  Quartz Stone have good physical & chemical performance in hardness, density, heat resistance and anti penetration, it doesn’t mean  quartz can not be damaged. In order to avoid damage by inappropriate usage, please notice below cautions in usage of  quartz stone: 

●Avoid long time partly heating. Don’t put scalding kitchen wares directly on the countertops, but a pot mat with good heat insulation is good for protecting your countertop. Although quartz stone can stand as high as 300℃ high temperature, the temperature of scalding kitchen wares bottom (made of iron, aluminum, stainless steel) after heating maybe much higher than that of quartz countertop can stand(300℃), when partly expansion on heating and surrounding contraction on cooling, any physical material can be changed, thus caused damages to the products inner structure.
●Never use heavy objects or keen-edged tools knock on the countertop, especially the week parts such as kitchen hearth, water basin etc…Because the kitchen cabinet is vibration free, appropriate protections on the vibration free must be done.
●If necessary, use knife scrape slightly off strong viscous material on the quartz surface to clean the surface, not suggest using keen-edged tools to avoid damaging the surface structure.
●If the quartz surface incidentally touches the non neutral cleaning agent or chemical lytic agent, use clean water to clean and remove it. Quartz stone is scratch resistance and anti-aging. If there is stain on the surface, please make sure to use neutral dish washing liquid, then clean water to make surface clean.

●At the beginning of usage or after long time using the quartz stone, it is suggestive to use antifouling wax to protect the product’s glossiness, also make cleanness easier.

●Make sure of good protection during quartz stone installation and construction, don’t knock or impact the surface, make sure of good protection and avoid removing from any direction during transportation, especially for countertops.
